Paul MarshJoint CEO/Owner
Paul’s professional experience and interest is on workplace rehabilitation with an emphasis on injury prevention and early intervention. He has extensive expertise resolving complex high-costing cases.
Paul has over 18 years experience in providing injury management, injury prevention (including early intervention), ergonomic assessments and training, case management, functional capacity evaluations, workplace assessments, manual handling assessments and training and defining inherent requirements of tasks.
Paul’s WorkCover industry experience includes government, postal, telecommunications, manufacturing, food processing, gaming, financial services, food production and transportation. He has extensive experience and knowledge in injury management, injury prevention, early intervention, case management, ergonomic assessment and training and defining inherent requirements of tasks.
Paul has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and is a member of the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists.
Paul is currently a Board Member of Occupational Therapy Australia and is convening the Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist Interest Group, through OT Australia (Victoria). He also completed the 6th International Course in Age management in Finland.
Jim KydasJoint CEO/Owner
Jim is an employer advocate that partners with organisations to implement advanced workforce management strategies, resulting in significant cultural and financial returns.
Jim has over 25 years business experience and has redefined how business leaders manage the subjects of workforce management, workplace wellbeing and their WorkCover risk.
Jim has worked in Australia, USA and Europe. He has consulted to the Victorian WorkCover Authority and is now dedicated to educating and empowering business leaders to better understand and take control of their WorkCover risk/costs and implement advanced workforce management strategies.
Jim has a bachelor of Applied Science.

Justine BeaumontGeneral Manager
Justine’s commercial management, human resources management and WorkCover costs analysis experience helps educate employers to make informed decisions on how they assist injured workers and develop positive workplace culture.
Justine manages P2 Group's key customer relationships and a team of Occupational Therapists that deliver our range of services.
Justine has a Bachelor of Science.

Anthony has a Bachelor of Applied Science.

Ben ThorntonBusiness Manager
Ben looks after the development of new opportunities for the P2 Group. He manages the implementation of the business growth strategy to help service the business long term.
Ben has worked in Business Development roles with local and international insurance brokerages. He has also consulted to SME businesses on their business development strategy.
Marika KydasFinancial Controller
Marika is the Financial Controller at P2 Group and is responsible for all finance, accounts, and payroll related tasks.
Marika liaises with suppliers and clients to ensure the efficient and prompt payment of all invoices.

Brianna CattanachWorkplace Training & Projects Coordinator/Senior Occupational Therapist
Brianna provides education and consultancy to employers on injury management and early intervention. Brianna is also P2 Group's Workplace Training and Project Coordinator and provides P2 Group and its clients with best practice services.
Brianna is a guest lecturer in the field of Occupational Therapy at Swinburne University and La Trobe University and an accredited marker.
Brianna has a Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice and a Bachelor of Behavioural Neuroscience from La Trobe University.
