We are now in control of our destiny and our staff know and acknowledge P2 as part of their everyday work practices.

Where do we start? I suppose at the beginning. In just over 12 months we have gone from out of control claims management to a systematic process of assisting my staff “with feeling”.

Since the departure of our HR Manager we decided to investigate the true situation with our Workcover Program and to our horror it wasn’t all what we thought. We have a Shared Services Alliance with Greater Shepparton Council and they said that a company called P2 was doing some great work with them.

Well we were not disappointed. From day one the Team at P2 exhibited a professional, outcome focused organisation. To back this up we have gone from $1,056k (2014/15) to $696k (2015/16) in claim costs so far. They don’t just claim manage they have become part of our everyday life here at Strathbogie, whether it be staff workshops or providing innovative return to work plans.

In addition to this they have been fundamental in assisting us to review and find a better Income Protection Insurer which will include P2 as the injury prevention and return to work provider. Add to this the support they have given us with the ceasing of Home and Community Care Services who had some open claims / RTW to manage.

I would be happy to recommend P2 to any prospective client.
