Increasing claims cost will ultimately increase your WorkCover premium. P2 Group has a proven record of defining targets and the right action plans to achieve your targets.

You can only manage what you measure. Using data obtained directly from your WorkCover insurer, we will analyse your claims costs each month to ensure costs remain on track.

Claims costs are adjusted each month, therefore regular monitoring will help to identify spikes in estimate costs and enable us to work with you to strategically drive down your claims costs.

What claims data do you receive from your WorkCover insurer each month? Does it help you to achieve your outcomes? Do you analyse the claims data every month?

Each month, our WorkCover data analysts will review:

  • premium sensitive claims costs
  • case estimates (SCEs in Victoria)
  • key attributes that drive claims costs
  • payments being processed through the WorkCover scheme
  • claims status
  • key dates relating to each claim.

Depending on your requirements, P2 Group will:

  • provide a written status each month which includes changes in claims costs and recent payment information
  • discuss the updates in a face to face meeting with the project sponsor and key stakeholders.
